If your location is not listed (Canada, non-contiguous US, etc.) your items will be shipped 10-14 days prior to your event start date. Keep in mind these are estimates. We use your precise shipping address to know just when everything needs to go out in time, for early arrival. And for expedited orders, we’ll choose the appropriate shipping method to get everything to you in time. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number which you can enter above to see precisely where everything is at.
