We are only company in the world renting The Audio Guestbook™ Phone, which is programmed from scratch in-house using our proprietary software with over 3000 lines of custom code. We also fully source, test, and install every component by hand to ensure the best quality and a guaranteed fully functioning phone for your big day.
We can't guarantee guests will leave messages, but we can guarantee that when they do, every message will be delivered safe, secure and ready to enjoy for years to come.
We guarantee early or on-time delivery for 100% of orders. How, you ask?
Because we treat your event like our own. We ship EARLY to ensure every possible delivery delay is accounted for, so you get everything early or on time (never late).
In the rare instance that our carrier misplaces your package or fails to deliver on time, we'll overnight you a backup with an alternative carrier at no charge to you. We've even been known to hop on a quick flight to hand-deliver our items in the most urgent cases.
The only thing you need to do is keep an eye on your delivery notifications when it ships and inform us asap if there are any issues or hold ups that could result in a delay.
Nope, we cut the phone cords! Our Audio Guestbook phone runs completely on its own, no phone outlet required.
The only thing you need is nearby power (or add the optional battery pack for more flexibility and setup anywhere)!
Your custom greeting will need to be uploaded before you finish checking out, using the Choose File button on this page. It will be preloaded on your phone before shipping.
Unfortunately, there is no way to upload a custom greeting after items have shipped out. If you've ordered but your phone has not yet shipped, email us with your order number and your custom recording and we'll get it updated.
It's simple. Power it on by plugging it in to a nearby outlet or our optional battery pack.
Our Virtual Audio Guestbook lets your guests dial-in from anywhere in North America to leave you a message. After booking, you'll be provided a phone number to share with guests who are tuning in remotely. Call the number then enter your custom event code to hear your custom greeting (if chosen), wait for the beep, say what's on your mind, and hang up.

Returns are easy! Use the pre-printed, prepaid return label found inside your box. Make sure everything is packed back inside, following our instructions. Drop off at any UPS store for fast, convenient returns.
Your phone is due back 2-business days after your event ends (4 days minimum are always included in your rental). Hold on to your return receipt for proof of shipment in the event of a lost delivery.
Can't get it out in time? No sweat, just shoot us a message and keep us in the loop.
Easy, just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your original order number and the updated details. We'll get it confirmed asap as long as your order has not yet shipped.

We display live availability for our phones based on the color selected. If your date gives you a price and isn't greyed out, then you are all set to book and your phone will be 100% reserved in the color you chose.
We upload all of your audio guestbook messages Monday - Saturday, within 48hrs of receiving your phone back in hand. Depending on where you are returning from, this may mean just 3 days later, up to 1.5 weeks later (rural areas in Maine, Florida, etc.).
If you need your messages earlier and wish to expedite the process, a faster return shipping option can be provided (at an additional cost) to return expedited by air.
For our virtual audio guestbook, messages are automatically delivered within 48hrs of your rental end date. Need them sooner? Just ask!
Speakers and USB drives are preloaded with all of your messages after processing from your event, and are shipped out next-day. (See the above question for How soon after my event do I get my messages).
Since you can always plug in the USB drive or SD card included with these keepsakes, you are able to add more audio files, or remove any audio files directly later on.
For Vinyl Records, we need your custom album artwork/customization, and confirmation of the audio messages to include on the vinyl before we begin production. This makes it so you don't get 20 back to back messages from some of the curious children who thought it might be fun to have a screaming contest on the phone throughout the night.
Once we begin production, expect 3-5 weeks total (includes shipment/delivery) to receive your finished vinyl record.
If you misplaced your box or packing supplies, any UPS store will be able to help you pack items securely in a new box - or you can use an existing package that fits and securely keeps everything snug and protected.

We've seen it all: a tipped candle, a champagne toast gone sideways, a handset dropped by a guest who's had a few. Damage Protection means there are no surprise charges at the end of your night.
Add Damage Protection for $17 at checkout, and you're covered for accidental liquid spills, stains, drops, and other physical damage during normal use, up to the full replacement cost of the phone.
Damage Protection does not cover items that are lost, stolen, missing, or not returned.
